Flying Blue Joins Chase Ultimate Rewards

1855Chase cardholders are now going to have another option for using their Ultimate Rewards points: Flying Blue has joined up with Chase.

Customers can now transfer their Ultimate Rewards points to their Flying Blue loyalty memberships in order to get discounted tickets on Air France-KLM flights or any other partner flights. Flying Blue, which is the loyalty program associated with Air France and KLM, has 36 airline partners. Flying Blue and its partner airlines fly to more than 1,000 destinations across the globe.

Chase bigwigs said they were “pleased to bring our cardholders the superior value, options, and ease of Ultimate Rewards along with Flying Blue’s expansive airline partner network to provide new redemption opportunities for travel experiences throughout Europe and beyond.”

Transfer at a 1:1 rate for maximum value

Customers will be able to redeem their Ultimate Rewards points for flights, upgrades, and more. Points will be transferred at their full value, on a one-to-one basis, allowing cardholders to maximize their value. Points can be transferred in groups of 1,000 each. There are no limits on how many points folks can transfer to Flying Blue, as long as it is within those 1,000-point increments.
